Our flagship studio is big enough to give you room to move and not accidentally tickle someone else's toes mid-workout (though, well-timed occasional tickles are also terrific). And small enough that we’ll know your name – and maybe even your star sign, too.

We’re a studio for reformer pilates only. At Bed, we don’t offer yoga or hot mat or boxing. Some might say we’re obsessed. We say we’re enthusiastic. And that means you get focused, expert guidance and full-body workouts in every class (AKA: you’ll discover muscles you didn’t even know you had).
