Each week, our programming focuses on:

Our goal? To help YOU train functionally—not just chase a glute burn or shoulder shake. Because Pilates isn’t about punishment. It’s about preparing your body for life: lifting kids, carrying groceries, climbing stairs, or dancing in the kitchen without a twinge.
Our structured programming is built by Jemma (Bed founder + trainer) and our Head Trainer, Lily, to make sure every class you come to counts. You’ll get variation, balance, and real results.
Oh, and just so we’re clear—we’re not the type to crank the tunes and scream over them.
